Location: LCI Education is headquartered in Montreal, Canada but this role can be based  anywhere (ideally Canada, Spain, UK, US)


1.     Work closely with LCI Education CEO

2.     Manage LCI Education regional offices:

  • Track performance of regional managers and recruiters.
  • Maintain ongoing evaluation of the regional offices
  • Build, manage and motivate a high performing team of 8-10 direct reports and their offices
  • Help each manager to establish an action plan for different markets and overseeing their training & personal development.

3. Manage CRM as the main tool to manage sales and performance

4. Develop, manage and optimise Agents Portal and services for agents

5. Represent LCI Education Campuses in different countries

6. Work collaboratively with Campus and Admissions managers of key campuses and marketing teams to reach their targets

7. Establish and develop partnerships with agents and other external collaborators

8. Develop and manage LCI’s regional offices annual budget and review expenditures

9. Work closely with the Marketing team to develop sales strategies, with a particular focus on Spain and Australia campuses.

10. Take ownership of the LCI Education Agent Portal.


1.     Fluency and familiarity with CRM-embedded sales infrastructure

2.     Understanding of different digital marketing tools and technology

3.     Ability to travel to all continents widely

4.     Relevant experience in managing multicultural teams

5.     Experience in preparing and delivering on growth strategy  

6.     Excellent team-building skills

7.     Strong strategic and analytical skillset

8.     Track record of growth – ideally from international education business (but not essential)

2.     Frequent flyer. That role requires to travel 26 weeks a year approx. to all continents, mostly emerging markets (China, India, Brazil, Eastern Europe)
