About the role:
Reporting to the Director International UK and Europe, the full responsibilities, focus areas, and activities will be agreed upon in detailed planning with the Director International UK and Europe. It is agreed and understood that the scope of the role includes:
Responsibilities
- Managing existing University relationships across UK and Ireland
- Grow new targeted Institutional Partnership (IP) contracts in the UK with reference to the target University list
- Complete contract negotiation and renewal in the territory
- Territory extensions as GSP expands to new markets
- Negotiate performance-based bonuses or commission increments with institution partners
- Aim for elements of full or part exclusivity in new or renewed agreements
- Grow and enhance the GSP relationship with existing and new IPs, demonstrated by: frequency of visits and calls; depth of information held on the GSP platform about IP and their key staff and contacts; joint campaigns and target activities; relationship mapping between GSO and the IP
- Expand participation (paid and unpaid) and attendance by existing and new IPs at GSP events and functions – physical and virtual
- Regular coordination and collaboration with GSP's Global Marketing Department to activate UK and Ireland campaigns that drives brand equity and supports business goals.
The UK & Europe Partnership Manager must have at least two (2) years' work experience at or in partnership with a UK university.
