The Role
iSchoolConnect has active institutional relationships in the United States and helps institutions use technology in their enrollment, engagement and retention activities. Our Recruitment business involves building and maintaining key partnerships with Indian educational institutions and reaching out to students at these institutions. We are looking for a dynamic individual to build and manage these partnerships in the North and Central Indian regions. The goal will be to promote iSchoolConnect’s platform to institutional Heads and students and increase the patronage.

Duties:

  • Responsible to promote and secure contracts with educational institutions and partners through a relationship-based approach. 
  • Sound understanding of the technology involved in the platform and ability to showcase the benefits to potential customers
  • Research sources for developing prospective institutional leads and targets approach plan for them 
  • Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective university partners in the region. 
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. 
  • Coordinate sales effort with sales management, operations, and company leadership. 
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization. 
  • Identify advantages and compare organization’s products/services with competitors in the market.  
  • Maintain strong, ongoing working relationships with existing customers in order to enhance the customer experience resulting in future sales and referrals. 
  • Collaborate regularly with the Sales Director, and peers to contribute ideas for strategizing and executing sales opportunities.

 

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of Commercial acumen, relationship building with proven education sales experience
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, results-oriented individual. 
  • Successful completion of Bachelor's Degree in sales, marketing, business, education, or other related field. 
  • Successful sales track record with documented lead development.  
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to set priorities. 
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with quotas and goals. 
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout India and surrounding states. 
  • Strong technology skills and abilities.
