Oxford Tutorial College (OTC) is hiring a Student Recruitment Manager to take the lead on recruiting UK-based 6th Form students on to its GCSE, A Level and BTEC programmes. The role complements the international recruitment team and will make an essential contribution to the growth plans for not only OTC but for the Oxford International Education Group of which OTC is a part.

The Student Recruitment Manager will lead the expansion and diversification of domestic student recruitment at OTC through developing and executing sales plans. The successful candidate will combine in-depth knowledge of UK 6th Form provision with strong commercial acumen and experience of contributing to and delivering sales and marketing plans. They will be an expert communicator who is equally at home talking to students and parents as well as building highly effective relationships with Marketing and international sales teams.
