This role is a perfect first career step into our Enrolment and Marketing team; ideal for a graduate with 1- or 2-years’ maximum experience in sales, tele sales and or telemarketing. This is a great opportunity to develop a career in the education sector in a premium B2C services environment. You must be a strong communicator, i.e. with good listening skills, an ability to clearly articulate ideas, with a talent for advising and influencing
The role requires tenacity and to be target-oriented and a knowledge and understanding of sales CRM like Salesforce is preferable, but is not required. You have a good understanding of premium brands and a high-end customer service attitude. You are able to work in a matrix structure with multiple stakeholders and are at ease in a multicultural environment. You need to be fluent in English and an additional European language is a plus. If this sounds like you then we are interested by your profile as we are looking for a Student Enquiry Officer. Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Contact all assigned leads, qualifying their level of interest and their true potential against a pre-defined set of indicators and criteria.
- Convert those enquiries with the right profile into active recruitment opportunities and hand them over in a timely manner to our network of Education Counsellors for a personalized counselling session
- Update all activities and profile information in the CRM
- Maintain activity level in line with pre-defined KPIs
- Communicate effectively with the network of Education Counsellors to ensure that all qualified opportunities are followed up and engaged
- Collaborate with the Sommet Education marketing team regarding feedback on lead generation activities
- Ensure that all identified potential students meet the admissions criteria
- Follow-up opportunities in the early stage pipeline (after the lead qualification stage) to support conversion and performance management activity
- Direct sales activity for École Ducasse short-courses in order to manage the student journey from first enquiry to arrival
- Provide services to students at the later stages of the application process, in support of the International Enrolment team – including the preparation of offer letters, follow-up of documents, pre-arrival communication and all activities relating to pipeline management and conversion
