ELI Schools is a fast-growing English language training company with three schools in Ireland. As we slowly emerge from the pandemic, we are looking forward with a strong sense of optimism for the brighter days ahead. Ireland is reopening, and when travel resumes, ELI will be ready to welcome thousands of students back to our beautiful schools. We are now looking to add to our amazing team to help us launch full speed into life beyond lockdown.    

We are searching for a Senior Sales Manager to oversee our global sales and marketing activities and to further establish our presence in Europe. We are flexible on location for the right candidate.

You will have an established track record in sales and marketing with a school in Ireland or the UK and will have strong connections and influence with the largest agents in Europe and beyond.

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, who has experience of developing and leading a sales team, and a strong understanding of CRM systems and implementing the processes that drive sales at scale.  

Founded in 2017 we are relatively new school brand with big ambitions. We are looking for someone who is equally ambitious and has the influence and network to create an immediate impact.

You will have strong support of senior management and huge opportunities to grow and develop your career with ELI Schools. The role is full-time and will involve travel overseas and within Ireland.

Key responsibilities:

·       Creatively influence the creation of all sales and marketing materials including video, digital and print.

·       Analyse industry and market trends and competitor products to ensure ELI stays up-to-date and ahead.

·       Devise, plan and execute a campaign to deliver sales targets across multiple markets with a focus on Europe.   

·       Develop & execute sales and marketing plans & budgets including use of digital, social, and agent events.

·       Monitor the services of the operations teams offering a high-level support to partners and colleagues.

·       Develop a strong understanding of programme cost & operational margins to ensure profitability. 

·       Develop strong relationships with ELI partners, providing accurate and timely support. A mix of developing current partners and nurturing new partners to increase overall sales pipeline.

·       Negotiate all partnership conditions including package quotations, commission levels, marketing plans, objectives, bonus plans and communicate and record internally.

·       Troubleshoot and problem solve serious operational complaints, problems, and payment issues.

·       Liaise closely with senior management, operations, and academic management to ensure smooth delivery of all programmes.
