An exciting opportunity for an exceptional Education Business Development Executive to join our dynamic Marketing team at one of the fastest growing education companies in the UK (FT1000, 2020) on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in international education to create value for our partners and build long lasting relationships with a variety of different stakeholders. 

The role is to maintain and expand our current network of schools and agents across multiple international regions and take responsibility for converting opportunities that are brought in through these expanding partnerships. 

The candidate will also be responsible for feeding back agent and school requirements to our operations and academic teams for the purposes of improving our offering to expand our network of students.

Main duties:

  • Maintain regular communication with current and prospective agents through inbound enquiries to our inboxes and inbound and outbound calls.
  • Work with the marketing team to build our network of schools through outreach to guidance counsellors and international school networks.
  • Follow up with student enquiries that are brought to us by our partners and convert into on course students.
  • Accurately update student, school and agent records and maintain an indirect pipeline using our CRM systems.
  • Work with the marketing team to create a monthly newsletter to update our partners on new course offerings and updates.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our courses to be the main source of contact for our partners.
  • Work with the admissions and marketing teams to run campaigns for underperforming regions or products.
  • Responsible for invoicing and commissions for agents at the end of each academic year.
  • Role may also involve some travel to agent fairs and international school visits as needed

Who are we looking for (essential):

  • B2B sales experience
  • Experience working in education and preferably working with schools
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms - Salesforce or Hubspot would be an advantage
  • A great ability to make connections with a variety of stakeholders in the International Education Sector
  • Ability to set and work towards targets independently
