The successful candidate will be a key member of the Sales team and instrumental in ensuring that processes within the sales team are fully optimised and constantly improving The successful candidate should have a strong interest in higher education and supporting international students.

About the role
We’re looking for a curious, target driven individual, who will support and drive the growth of Kaplan’s international student recruitment activity by ensuring Sales operations are performing to a high standard and constantly evolving in the fast paced and ever-changing landscape of global, international student recruitment.
Reporting to the Director. Recruitment, your responsibilities will include:
·       Driving management and execution of the Sales Operations Calendar through proactive engagement with multiple stakeholders across different business units
·       Managing the process for travelling members of the staff sharing their travel plans and improving this process as required
·       Enhance sales productivity by Rallying and supporting Sales teams with CRM engagement and advising where improvements can be made
·       Driving the recording and tracking through CRM of activities with partner universities and agency partners
·       Supporting and managing the process for onboarding of new staff within the Sales team
·       Organising and executing industry leading Pre-Departure events for international students
·       Support the execution of scholarship launches including the budget planning, allocation and launch
·       Organizing and supporting yearly re-assessment of agent commission plans, driving updates where appropriate and supporting their launch
·       Supporting the planning and execution of Sales offsites to ensure effective events
·       Leading role within Sales team to driving activity around the admissions clearing period, working closely with partner universities
·       Administration of SharePoint as an effective intranet for Sales team use
·       Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your manager

·       Ability to communicate well and influence with a wide range of audiences
·       Curious nature with a desire to learn more
·       Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills combined with a finely tuned customer focus
·       Ability to take ownership of projects starting with planning through to final execution
·       Goal-driven and results oriented profile
·       Ability to work under pressure and to deadline, to meet challenging targets
·       Strong organisational and planning skills, self-motivated and committed.
·       Experience of customer relationship management software (particularly Salesforce)
