We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. Your primary focus will be on growing sales in European markets, particularly for our Junior Programmes (Groups, Summer Camps and High School). We’re looking for an ambitious person who has relentless attention to detail and a huge desire to get the job done right. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and operational experience in the English language industry, with a strong network of European based overseas partners who trust them and know they can deliver. You’ll have a deep understanding of the value and importance of agent partners and have attended industry workshops and trade fairs.

The role will involve effectively managing relationships with overseas agents and clients and to liaise with all operations teams to ensure the effective delivery of all programmes. You'll have strong support of senior management and huge opportunities to grow and develop your career with ELI Schools. The role is full-time and can be located in our Dublin or Drogheda offices.


Key responsibilities:

  • Devise, plan and execute a campaign to deliver sales targets across multiple markets including Europe
  • Develop & execute sales and marketing plans & budgets including use of digital, social, and agent visits (travel where required)
  • Oversee all Junior Programme operations offering a higher-level customer support to partners and to ensure every student goes home happy
  • Develop a strong understanding of programme cost & operational margins to ensure profitability
  • Develop strong relationships with ELI partners, providing accurate and timely support. A mix of developing current partners and nurturing new partners to increase overall sales pipeline
  • Negotiate all partnership conditions including package quotations, commission levels, marketing plans, objectives, bonus plans and communicate and record internally
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve serious operational complaints, problems and payment issues
  • Liaise closely with senior management, operations and academic management to ensure smooth delivery of all programmes

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year sales management experience or 5 years sales experience
  • Fluency in English and a high level in Spanish, Italian or German is desirable
  • Located in Ireland or willing to relocate on flexible terms
