Regional Manager - South East Asia

The Role 

Our client is a well-respected and leading brand within Higher Education who is looking to grow in the Asia market.  They are looking for results driven candidates to grow their brand in Asia. The successful candidate will be selling solutions into the Higher Ed sector and therefore should have some knowledge of the industry and have a confident, creative sales approach with an eye for growth. 

The Person

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate most of the following:

Minimum 5 years of full time sales experience for solution products/services to public sector is desirable
Sales experience within the Education sector that would be a distinct advantage
High level of written and spoken English is essential
Proven track record of executing against an aggressive growth strategy and delivering sales revenue results
Experience using CRM systems
Personal network of HE industry and deans will be an advantage
International work experience is preferred
Motivated, responsible, detail-oriented and self-disciplined is essential
Existing knowledge of and/or interest in universities and the business school sector is desirable
Networking and business development skills
Willing to work variable hours and travel
Comfortable with international travel

The candidate will ideally be based in Kuala Lumpur though other locations in South East Asia maybe considered (remote working from home is a possibility). Considerable international travel is a requirement of this post.
