As Sales account / agent Manager for ISE Ireland, you will be joining an energetic and vibrant working atmosphere in a very determined School. We are searching for a person who is naturally driven to achieve budgeted sales targets through all channels for markets in Europe and outside Europe.  Reporting to the International Sales Director, your role will be to retain and develop existing clients, secure new customers and routes to market while supporting the development of other ISE recruitment channels.


Key Responsibilities:

·    Manage and develop existing relationships with international sales agencies, partners  and direct clients

·    Identify new sales agencies in key European markets

·    Establish partnerships and negotiate terms with new agencies in Ireland and abroad

·    Liaise with the marketing team to support agents and partners with marketing and  promotional materials

·    Manage the sales agent and retail client booking process, from lead generation to  conversion

·    Attend industry events and fairs in Ireland and abroad

·    Provide progress reports and sales statistics to directors as required

·    Work with Sales and Operations teams to achieve collective company targets

·    Contribute to discussions regarding the strategic planning of the company

 

Key Personal Goals :

·      Identify new sales agents and partners, especially in key growth markets

·      Enhance relationships with existing agents, partners and suppliers

·      Make a significant contribution to sales targets

·      Use customer feedback to identify potential for improvement in the camps’ portfolio

·      Help to maintain the momentum in growing our direct bookings

·      Provide some operational support during programme delivery in July / August

 

PERSON SPECIFICATION

 

Required

·      Background in account management, relationship management, sales or marketing

·      Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate flexibly across levels of seniority

·      Experience working with people from different cultures, countries and English language levels

·      Applicants must hold valid EU citizenship and have a full work permit

·      Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

·      Excellent organisational and administrative skills

·      Ability to work independently, as well as in a team

·      High level of attention to detail and accuracy of work

·      Comfortable working with numbers, financials and spreadsheets

·      Ability to work flexibly and dynamically in an enterprising environment

·      Customer focused, with a professional and presentable manner

·      Fluent English speaker with excellent written communication skills, other languages are

           desirable

·      Committed to project completion

·      Willingness to travel abroad

·      An interest in business and education

 

Desirable

·    Experience in EFL sales markets

·    Business related degree

·    Experience with digital marketing & CRM systems.

·    Multi-lingual but not essential
