Can you analyse market requirements and ensure that new educational products are delivered to meet market needs?

NCUK is seeking an experienced Research and Development Manager to lead on market analysis and identification of new product lines to meet the needs of both new and existing markets for the company.  You will engage with internal stakeholders to drive NCUK product development forwards with a commercial edge.  You will undertake competitor analysis and review market factors to inform business cases, and you will ensure successful and timely delivery of products and reports across multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading, developing and delivering initiatives based on solid market research with results focus and a strong customer-centric approach. They are likely to have several years’ experience in market analysis, project management or product development, ideally within the education sector.  You will be driven and commercially focussed, with excellent interpersonal skills and the analytical skills to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
