About the role:

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Regional Sales Director (East Asia) to join the UP Education (formerly UP Education) team. 

The Regional Sales Director will lead a team of sales people Regional Sales Managers to manage agent and feeder relationships and service experience.  Key to this role is the achievement and delivery of new student enrolment and profit goals for the portfolio of Agents and Feeders across all of UP Education’s programmes.

This role will employ and lead a team of employees in Thailand, Korea, Singapore and across the wider East Asia develop and rollout a portfolio of products that meet the needs of our clients.

About you:

  • 5 or more years of experience in education sales/student recruitment ideally with some exposure to an international education context.
  • A commercially savvy leader with a successful track record in delivering results through management of an target driven team who is focused primarily on indirect sales.
  • Experience leading a team in building and maintaining a key account management sales process and nurturing customer relationships; proactive in recognising customers' business requirements.
  • Experience in leading sales, budgets and projects within a global marketplace.
  • Experience in successfully executing sales and conversion strategies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry.
