A confidential client of The PIE is looking for a Regional Managers to join their sales team. The successful candidate needs to have experience of recruiting international student from Asia and should have a background in working with agents as well as in direct student recruitment.

Our client is a well-established and reputable UK private education group with thousands of students from around the globe applying to join their vibrant, international setting.

Overview

We are looking for a Regional Manager to join the team. The right candidate for this role needs to have experience of recruiting international student from Thailand and Vietnam. Experience of other markets would be an advantage.

Key responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to grow student enrolments from the region, this should be done through both the agent channel and via direct sales. You will be accountable for the region and are expected to produce and implement a sales plan that ensures sales growth. This may include but is not limited to agent visits & training, marketing campaigns, fair attendance, student seminars and increasing brand awareness in your region.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will have overall ownership of these regions. You will be expected to adapt your sales plan as needed to ensure it delivers the required results and you will be asked to provide market feedback regularly.

Skills Required

The right person for this role should have experience in recruiting international student from the region, ideally to UK private institutions. You should be results focused and willing to initiate a sales strategy that drives growth. As the face of the company you are expected to maintain a positive, can do attitude when meeting with students, agents and parents. This role requires someone that can work autonomously and is able to manage their own time. Fluency in English is essential, a 2nd language would be an advantage. As with all student recruitment positions, a willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends is required.
