Regional English in England Sales Agents – Japan, China and the Middle East

We are now looking to recruit a small team of locally based Regional Sales Agents for Japan, China and the Middle East to promote our range of English in England programmes. The successful candidates will focus on acquiring and developing new business throughout their regions for our centres in the UK. This involves contacting HR Managers and decision makers and advising them on how our language training programmes can meet their business needs.

These are excellent opportunities for proactive individuals with initiative who wish to develop a career in sales in these thriving markets.

Role guidelines

Typically, the successful candidates should expect to be involved in the following activities:

  • Client research/prospecting, cold calling and follow up calls to obtain initial meetings
  • Researching and acquiring new clients with a particular focus on companies with high potential
  • Identifying new opportunities within an existing portfolio of existing accounts, dormant clients and prospects
  • Managing client relationships: providing support, information and guidance
  • Increasing our marketing database with validated contacts and running campaigns
  • Using a solution-based sales approach to sell Linguarama products and services

Candidate Profile

  • Related and proven sales experience
  • A degree and experience of foreign language learning and/or training
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills 
  • Fluency in a language relevant to your region
  • The drive and ambition to succeed in a competitive market communicating with decision makers at senior levels
  • Initiative, flexibility and the ability to work independently as well as part of a remote team
  • Valid working papers for your region
