  • Actively initiate, develop and maintain relationships with agents and sending partners in Turkey
  • Achieve and exceed annual recruitment targets
  • Conduct regular training sessions with sending partners
  • Open new and innovative channels in market
  • Focus on Kings Colleges UK University Prep courses and US Pathway courses
  • Attend student fairs, workshops and other venues as required
  • Oversee and implement market specific promotions or scholarships
  • Research and report on market trends
  • Provide first class service to schools and sending partners
  • Ensure agents always receive appropriate levels of customer service
  • Essential Skills and Experience
  • Direct relevant experience working with educational agencies and students in Turkey
  • Keen understanding of the US/UK education systems
  • Graduate, preferably from a US University
  • Dynamic individual who enjoys giving presentations to different types of audiences
  • Driven, results-orientated, problem solver
  • Demonstrable success in business development in international education
  • Driven, results-orientated and focused nature
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Turkish and English
  • IT literate
