St George’s University www.sgu.edu is now looking for an experienced sales person (recruitment manager) to join our students recruitment team based in Korea. This position will ensure the continued rapid growth and expansion in this key market, focusing on direct school and agent channel recruitment for our Grenada and UK pathways. Objective

To primarily deliver and manage student recruitment in Korea in all channels for SGU 

 

Essential: 

• International student recruitment experience

 • Sales experience general

• Demonstrable Key agent contacts in Korea market 

• Agent and or International school recruitment and sales experience in Korea

• Able to manage budgets and accurate reporting at regular intervals, with emphasis on student recruitment performance

• Experience of working within an international environment, in multiple markets, communicating with offices around the world

 • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with a wide variety of people including students, parents, education agents and institutions

• Ability to make connections and networking skills

• Able to work independently and as a team player, with a high level of initiative and professionalism

• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure and endure business trips on a frequent basis

• A friendly professional manner and appearance

 • Results orientated, target driven

 

Desirable:

• Medical related student recruitment, agent contacts, International/Local school contacts

 • UK or USA experience and high schools and undergraduate recruitment 

• Track record of success in recruitment in region with regard to annual student targets Hours and Travel , Location 

• Frequent travel will be required within Korea

 • Unsociable and weekend work required at certain periods
