Programme Change Director 

Fixed term – Fulltime (Until March 2020)

What it’s about
The Programme Change Director will undertake the strategic leadership and delivery of the programme of work to modernise a major area for Cambridge Assessment English – test revision, new products and multiple systems replacement. 

What you’ll be doing
• Delivering the product and system modernisation outcomes and objectives 
• Leading the programme team to deliver to schedule, budget and quality 
• Ensuring that a benefit realisation plan is in place and tracking programme delivery against these benefits 
• Reviewing project plans to ensure alignment with programme strategy 
• Aligning and synergising the efforts of the programme group internally and with other programmes and business areas 
• Engaging and influencing a diverse range of senior (C-Suite) stakeholders, to agree a coherent strategy and business model 
• Implementing effective communication mechanisms to meet stakeholder expectations

• Proven ability to manage the successful delivery of complex, multi-faceted projects 
• Demonstrable strategic and commercial expertise in an international context 
• A proven ability to negotiate, influence and persuade senior stakeholders 
• A tenacious and focussed leader who can convey passion and inspire
