Brief
We are looking for a Partner Relationships Manager (internally known as an “Agent Sales Manager”) to join Immerse Education, a leading provider of educational experiences to students across the world, comprising residential summer schools and online short courses.

We are looking for a bright and ambitious individual to join our growing team to focus on developing relationships with educational agencies based throughout the world, in order to drive sales.

Your success will be measured by the number of student enrolments received from agencies you have liaised with, and you will be required to regularly speak with agents, consultants, parents and students via email, phone and video-calls. 

Processes, organised documentation and relationship management are at the heart of this role, and you will work with people in different roles and at all levels. You will need to have effective communication skills and excellent planning and organisation skills.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly organised and process driven, a natural communicator and enjoys forming relationships with a variety of cultures around the world - with experience working in the international education industry.


Responsibilities

  • Establish new links with agency decision-makers to introduce opportunities at Immerse Education
  • Nurture existing relationships with educational recruitment agencies and consultancies around the world
  • Deliver webinars to interested agent teams and their students about Immerse’s programmes
  • Attend domestic and overseas events, conferences and recruitment fairs on behalf of Immerse
  • Manage a student recruitment pipeline
  • Convert student leads into enrolments
  • Work closely with the marketing team to deliver a clear and informative communications strategy
  • Establish the Immerse Education brand throughout the world 
  • Monthly reporting on activity


Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a student recruitment role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic technical knowledge of data analysis
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Advantageous: Experience with sales & marketing automation tools and CRM systems
