We’re a small team of self-motivated individuals in the International team, working to increase AAT’s presence in a number of key markets in Europe, Africa, The Gulf and Asia Pacific. We love a challenge and enjoy seeing the results of our hard work by growing our students and members in these regions. We’re based in London and will travel frequently to these markets as well as working with regional partners.

What exactly will you be doing?

As the International Regional Manager to Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) , you’ll be managing our most established regions to maintain and grow our business in these markets. Part of the role will be to manage our representatives in the region.

You’ll be tasked with setting and achieving student number targets, gaining a complete understanding of these markets and identifying opportunities and issues prevalent in the regions and communicating your market knowledge within AAT.

You’ll have a strong focus on maintaining and developing relationships and a solution based approach. This role requires excellent teamwork across AAT, to ensure a coordinated approach to all AAT activities, as we are all working to provide an excellent service to our stakeholders.

The role is a remote role with travel to your markets and our London office.


You’ll need to be able to pitch yourself to us in an interview and demonstrate your sales cycle methods and achievements. Couple this with knowledge and experience in the educational sector, preferably within an International context and you will be good to go!
