The International Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting and leading the internal sales, customer support and administrative activities.

The Operations Manager will lead on ensuring effective processes are set up to support growth and scalability; build reports that will identify trends and track current workload and leads; lead on systems and processes to ensure efficiency; review and amend the customer journey to allow a better service for customers; and manage and change internal structures to support growth.

The role will be working closely with the International Director, International Managers and International Marketing Manager within the international team and will work collaboratively across the business to ensure the international team are set up for future growth. The post holder will be a member of the Management Forum to help deliver objectives across the business.
