counselling expertise. This can also enable us to deliver an end-to-end solution for our
students, from initial research and discovery, through to application and ultimately,
enrolment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Account Director role has been created to accelerate the implementation of
commercial strategy, to provide indispensable services and solutions throughout the
student decision making process. As the global market leader for planning, marketing &
recruitment services to education providers, the successful candidate will develop longterm
strategic partnerships with our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Establish key contacts and build relationships with key stakeholders and budget holders within your client base, growing client advertising spend.
  • Identify pain points & operational challenges, offering compelling solutions and implementation plans which offer measurable return on objectives
  • Negotiate scalable contracts at Director and PVC level.
  • Inform clients and add value to the wider team through exceptional sector, market and product knowledge
  • Track, measure and communicate results internally and externally, building your sector profile.
  • Roles may have additional areas of responsibility dependent on individual candidate skills and team structure
  • Use SMART reporting and sales analysis to manage individual pipeline and forecast

ABOUT YOU

  • You have at least 5 years’ experience proactively working within the UK education sector
  • Exceptional understanding of education marketing and recruitment, with a particular understanding of the importance of data in informing strategic decisions
  • Detail-driven, allowing for the composition and communication of sophisticated business proposals & campaign reporting
  • A strong influencer with experience of engaging stakeholders and assimilating technical, commercial and analytical information to form compelling solutions
  • You have proven ability to establish and grow client relationships up to and including at director level
  • You are a graduate
