As Insights Manager (North America) you will:

  • Support business strategy through provision of key insights on student recruitment trends to the North America leadership team.
  • Work with colleagues and partners based around the globe to conduct deep-dive analysis of key market opportunities.
  • Collect, synthesize and present key competitor intelligence to ensure our programs and activities retain a competitive edge in market.
  • Track and analyze the performance and long-term outcomes of students to evidence “best in class” experience and the value add for students offered by INTO.
  • Find innovative ways to combine, derive and analyze data to drive new business insights to guide future business development.
  • Offer key business partnering to INTO’s Joint Venture and university partners.



  • Experience in managing delivery of complex and rigorous business/market analyses. Strong business partnering skills and experience of influencing decision makers at a senior level.
  • Excellent quantitative analysis skills and data modelling, with ability to use enterprise data management/querying tools (e.g. advanced Excel / SQL / DAX) and experience of data storytelling through interesting and innovative approaches to visualization.


Compensation & Benefits
