Role: Head of the Global Partnerships Office                  

Location Farnham and Epsom, but with some home working available

Full Time: 36.25 hours per week 

Salary: £50,295 - £54,943 per annum           Ref: 21-AAAA1429I-0633-2


This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a strong existing team within the newly formed UCA Global directorate. This position will suit a high-performing professional with a global and entrepreneurial mindset, who has proven experience developing impactful international partnerships and who enjoys a fast-paced organisational environment.

The Head of the Global Partnerships Office is responsible for ensuring the strategic development and effective operational delivery of UCA’s global partnerships strategy, both in the UK and internationally.

The Global Partnerships Office is responsible for the development and seamless ongoing operation of new and existing high-value global partnerships for UCA, ensuring that all activity is aligned with UCA’s strategic objectives. The post holder will work closely with the Director of UCA Global, the Pro Vice Chancellor (Portfolio Development and Global Engagement) as well as other senior UCA staff and external stakeholders to ensure that UCA’s strategic and regulatory requirements for partnership activity are met.  

The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with extensive experience of developing and delivering impactful partnerships with a broad range of global stakeholders.
