Forward College, a brand new and innovative university, is looking for an individual with extensive experience and proven success in leading student recruitment and admissions, preferably within a higher education setting, to 20x the number of international students in the next 3 years.

Your responsibilities include:

● Work alongside the senior team in the specialist areas of student recruitment, schools liaison, partnerships and international development and contribute towards developing and delivering the recruitment and admissions strategy as part of Forward College Strategic Plan

● Build key academic and strategic partnerships (including governmental, IB, international schools…)

● Build a large network of relevant schools counselors (with a focus on IB schools, top national schools and international schools)

● Lead the agents strategy and build long term partnerships with a network of agents

● Identify relevant fairs and events Forward should be part of

● Be proactive in identifying global trends in the recruitment and education sector and apply them to Forward recruitment strategy

● Review admissions policies and update admissions processes

● Provide input on marketing materials (website, brochure, etc)

● Represent Forward among international institutions, associations and events in the education area

● Manage a team of recruitment and admissions officers & Be able to work with a range of internal stakeholders (marketing, dean, etc)


Experience & Skills

● Past experience in senior recruitment position in a top higher education institution

● Strong network of counselors, especially in international schools / IB system, and agents

● Strong interpersonal skills

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Passion for education

● Ability to work in a startup environment that requires flexibility

● Fluent in English
