We are looking for a curious, well organised and results driven individual to help support and drive KI’s strategy to grow international student recruitment from the ed-tech channel. A growing and ever-expanding area, the ed-tech sector provides large recruitment potential which this role will look to support the increase of. At the innovative end of student recruitment activities, the myriad of ed-tech companies now in the marketplace presents the need for KI to expand its team supporting this recruitment method. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of international student recruitment methods and have a curious interest in the development of the ed-tech sector as means to support international students in their decision making.

About the role
We’re looking for a curious, target driven individual, who will support and drive the growth of Kaplan’s activity with international student recruitment Ed-Tech platforms, working across a number of teams to ensure strong performance 

Reporting to the Director. Recruitment, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and inputting to the development of a long term strategy that will deliver significant growth in student enrolments from the ed-tech sector
  • Being on the front foot of all developments within the fast paced and ever evolving international ed-tech sector through conducting research as well as attending and supporting on events
  • Horizon scanning to understand and analyse the ed-tech marketplace and make recommendations on KI’s future activities and strategies
  • Supporting and contributing in meetings and negotiations with ed-tech companies as KI continues to advance engagement in this area
  • Ensure that Kaplan International Pathways’ CRM is fully operational and supports all activities with Ed-tech platforms
  • Liaising closely with Kaplan’s global recruitment team to ensure that opportunities and strong working relationships with ed-tech company teams located across the world are in place
  • Prepare and keep live a full analysis of the sector and Kaplan’s position within it
  • Liaising closely with other Kapan International Pathways’ recruitment functions such as Admissions and Marketing to ensure that all opportunities are fully taken advantage of
  • Working closely with ed-tech agencies to ensure that KI’s recruitment priorities are fully implemented and acted upon 
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your manager 

About you

  • Background in and passion for international education recruitment 
  • Ability to communicate well and influence with a wide range of audiences
  • Curious nature with a desire to learn more 
  • Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills combined with a finely tuned customer focus 
  • Demonstrated team player
  • Goal-driven and results oriented profile 
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadline, to meet challenging targets
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, self-motivated and committed. 
  • Experience of customer relationship management software (particularly Salesforce)
