Our new-look Student Recruitment Marketing and Events team is growing and we’re looking for inspiring people to come and join us. We’ve reformed our structure to better fulfil the University Strategy and its growth ambitions. Our CRM & Enquirer Experience team, using our new MS Dynamics CRM will play a major part in delivering on our student recruitment strategy, attracting the quality and diversity of applicants that will benefit from studying at a prestigious university with a clear vision for future impact.
 
We are seeking a remarkable individual to lead on development of the use of our new CRM system.
 
As Head of CRM & Enquirer Experience, you'll be responsible for ensuring we get the best value out of our CRM system, whilst delivering excellence in customer experience for our enquirers. You'll design and implement innovative and intelligent approaches to the use of CRM and customer data, deriving valuable intelligence on our audiences and feeding into our student recruitment strategy.
 
About you:
 
You’ll bring experience of planning and implementing CRM with the ability to do so in a large and complex organisation. You'll have delivered complex communication campaigns and tracked consumer behaviour, presenting insight and outcomes to influence decision-making. With a commitment to excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement, you'll also possess strong management capabilities, with a willingness to deliver consistent improvement.
