Global Sales Director Role

 

Gateway Education is seeking a Global Sales Director to build and grow recruitment through agencies and partnerships (business to business), as well as establish and manage a direct recruitment team (business to consumer).

 

Established in the UK and China in 2004, the US in 2008 and Vietnam in 2018, Gateway Education is an international education services organization that empowers international students to achieve life success.

 

Today we empower international Day and Boarding students by providing:

·       Student marketing & recruitment capabilities

·       Homestay and full logistical support during a student’s study

·       Guardianship service to take care of the student by engaging the family, school, teacher and student and ensure student welfare.

 

Our carefully selected association members prize both academic achievement and personal growth. They are focused on enabling global citizens who will not only play a full and active role within the school but also in life after graduation. Our role at Gateway is to provide support and nurture to the successfully selected students, by acting as guardian and guide, companion and friend.

 

Duties Include

 

·       Develop an annual business plan and deliver on stated objectives.

·       Implement B2B and B2C sales strategy in select markets outside of China

·       Maintain a data-driven approach to recruitment

·       Monitor enrolment trends

·       Achieve enrolment targets within agreed expenditure budget for the region.

·       Set annual financial budgets and enrolment targets.

·       Work collaboratively with the marketing team in the development of marketing strategies (paid search, email campaigns, and social media activities).

·       Manage a small team of global sales managers

·       Maintain all CRM systems in a timely and accurate manner.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS/ RELATED EXPERIENCE                                                                                                                                                                             

 

 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s Preferred Focus related to Sales and Marketing,

 

 Experience:

·       Minimum of 8 years of directly related experience in Sales and Marketing roles in both B2B and B2C environments.

·       Quantitative and Analytical skills required

·       Experience working in International Students Recruitment industry is required.

·       Demonstrated project management skills, with an ability to create and manage projects, both high level and detail.
