The Role

The Director Recruitment UK position will be responsible for working with the INTO Global Recruitment Unit (GRU) and the UK Centre recruitment teams to develop initiatives that drive student recruitment to INTO joint ventures and University partners. In addition, the post will provide analysis and monitoring support to identify emerging recruitment risks and opportunities.

  • The post holder should be able to demonstrate evidence of the following:
  • Sound knowledge of international student recruitment channels, methods and strategies
  • Management of financial budgets
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Delivering excellent persuasive written reports and sales presentations
  • Managing and mentoring staff
  • Developing and delivering business plans
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Commercially focussed
  • Creative and innovative to develop new sales initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and build relationships with employees, senior managers, international student recruitment agents, and key university stakeholders


This position is based in the UK, ideally in INTO University Partnerships Brighton office, or on-site at one of the established UK Centres.
