We have a great opportunity for you. Reporting to our Global Partnerships Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

                                                         Responsibilities:

                                                                 Sales

  • Research placements specific to the candidate’s sector, arrange interviews, coach candidates with their CV’s to enhance placement prospects.
  • Interview and select candidates if called upon by partner incoming agencies (usually via Skype)
  • Source new host organisations to work with over a wide range of sectors through research, phone calls, emails and networking events.
  • Maintain existing partnerships.
  • Telesales. (B2B)

                                                               Logistics

  • Client welfare (incoming participants to Dublin). Working with Clients to organise group arrival’s and departure’s.
  • Ensure all materials and manuals sent to incoming participants are sufficient, up to date and effective.
  • Administration duties to include; Learning agreements, Europasses, Final Reporting, etc.
  • Organising and sending incoming students arrival information.
  • Welcome participants at airport, bus or train station or arrange to meet at accommodation.
  • Book taxi transfers for arriving and departing student groups.
  • Organise student Leap cards.
  • Booking language courses for students.
  • Organisation of social activities for current clients.
  • Orientation tour of Dublin city.
  • Orientation day: Go through the orientation procedure and ensure every participant can understand. Allow for a Q &A session.
  • Taking students to Host companies.
  • Updating all files and CRM system correctly and efficiently.
  • Taking emergency phone at weekend to deal with any customer issues or queries.

 

                                                         Accommodation Partners

  • Managing the booking and placement process for Host Family and self-catering accommodation for international students.
  • Visiting and inspecting new Host Families.
  • Preparing accommodation for customers arrival if required.
  • Organise transfer to their accommodation.
  • Overseeing the expansion of bed capacity and the recruitment of new host families.
  • Forecasting, planning and setting deadlines for the placement of students to appropriate accommodation.
  • Dealing with accommodation-related issues by phone, email and in-person.
  • Controlling and managing bed-allocation and supplier payment processes.
  • Assisting with contacting Landlords / contractors re maintenance and follow up’s.
  • Making sure the property is well presented, clean for new guests of PI owned properties.
  • Collecting and returning deposits to guests after property inspection.
  • Managing the company CRM. Must have an understanding and experience with salesforce
  • Managing deposit returns for students.

 

                                                             Property Management

  • Managing the booking and placement process for self-catering accommodation for international students and ensuring it is fully booked at all times.
  • Forecasting, planning and setting deadlines for the placement of students to appropriate accommodation.
  • Overseeing the expansion of bed capacity in Dublin.
  • Preparing accommodation for customers arrival if required.
  • Organise transfer to their accommodation.
  • Dealing with accommodation-related issues by phone, email and in-person.
  • Controlling and managing bed-allocation and supplier payment processes.
  • Timely and detailed updating of maintenance problems.
  • Assessing and inspecting student properties.
  • Schedule accommodation deep cleaning of properties.
  • Ordering, collecting, and delivering of house supplies e.g. Light bulbs, bed linen, drain un-blocker, kitchen supplies etc.
  • Notifying tenants in advance of maintenance and inspections.
  • New house preparation and inspection before tenants move in (furniture, inspecting, transfer of bills etc. appliances fixtures & fittings etc).
  • Assisting with contacting Landlords / contractors re maintenance and follow up’s.
  • Making sure the property is well presented, clean for new guests.
  • Ensuring they fully understand the workings of the property they are staying in (bin collection days, cleaning rotas, security when leaving the property, deposit regiments etc) of properties.
  • Collecting and returning deposits to guests after property inspection.
  • Managing the company CRM.
  • Managing deposit returns for students

 

 Additional information

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Previous experience managing Erasmus projects and international students. 
  • ‘Can-do’ attitude with a focus always on the solution never on the problem.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be energetic, friendly, professional, responsible, a good team player and with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly driven and motivated with mountains of energy!
  • Super-organised with an ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • You will be required to work 5 days per week. You will be required to work some weekends.
  • On occasion, travel to our HQ in Cork for work or training.
  • On occasion, work with team members in other locations which can include some domestic travel.
  • Have the ability to host partner agencies and/or schools in Dublin to promote Partnership International in all of it's locations.
  • Attend networking events to promote PI activities and increase host organisation and host family relationships.
  • Must be confident achieving sales over the phone,
  • Fluent in English is absolutely essential.
  • Fluency in an additional European language an advantage. (Spanish, Polish, Italian, Czech etc)
  • Experience with salesforce CRM will be an advantage.
  • Must have the right to work in Ireland without assistance.
