Task:
 
In general, the Eastern Pacific Regional Manager is responsible for driving student enrolments via various channels across Taiwan, Korea, Japan and Malaysia to meet the annual revenue targets.
 
 
The Eastern Pacific Regional Manager will take direct responsibility for sales, establishing relationships with agencies, seeking and processing applications to meet the company’s 2022 goals. As sales increase, the Regional Manager will work with the CEO to determine whether it is appropriate to add staff in the region and in which locations to staff those positions.
 
Objectives
 
· Meet company revenue goals in the region
· Establish a market in the designated region
· Develop a network of business partners
· Hire and develop a sales team
 
Tasks
 
· Drive the market potential in line with the overall company’s Sales & Marketing Concept
· Increase bookings in designated area, identifying new business opportunities
· Secure sales opportunities across the region with a seamless transition offer in mind
· Drive sales through a savvy, innovate and entrepreneurial approach, identifying the sales opportunity on the spot, negotiating and closing sales opportunities all along
· Ensure the agent network grows and understands what makes Wellspring offer different from our competitors
· Contribute towards the business future of Wellspring agent sales
· Adhere to own and overall company’s budget
· Identify and grow the network of agents through both Key & Smaller agent accounts
· Identify an agent network that will buy the seamless transition product concept by destination
· Pass on product knowledge linked to product and service differentiation per destination
· Drive sales through a clear and dynamic understanding of ROI
· Tightly monitor results through controlling closely commission, marketing contributions, promotions, discounts, incentives  
 
Requirements
 
 
· 5+ Years Successful Experience in Agency-based Higher Education International Higher Education sales
· 2+ Years Managing Sales Representatives
· Excellent networker
· Sales-minded and strong negotiator
· Inherent drive to convert sales on the spot
· With an eye for business opportunities
· Cultural awareness of designated region
· An ability to analyse and conceptualise
· An ability to lead, motivate, train and delegate where applicable
· Ideally with an appropriate, recognised market qualification
· Spoken & Written English to a proficient level
· One or two languages related to designated sales area at both fluent spoken and written advanced level, Taiwanese essential
· Travel extensively to support business development
· Attend industry related events, workshops & fairs
