RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients: universities, colleges and intitutes
  • Produce knowledge and training to staff
  • Give operational support to staff in Australia, New Zealand and Canada
  • Organise and maintain learning content and structure to ensure that it supports a great user experience
  • Organise and maintain learning content and structure to ensure that it supports a great user experience
  • Performance administration owner for all key administration activities including goal plans, performance forms, reports and other related tasks
  • Establish and contribute to a global learning forum, collaborating with stakeholders to identify organisational learning priorities, needs and requirements and mantain relations with key partners
  • Work with the performance and capability team and systems lead to develop and implement a Learning roadmap to grow learning content and extend learning platform capability across the organisation
  • Assist in the development of the global standards and framework for learning content to drive consistency of learning experience and ensure that learning content meets expected standards
  • Establish and implement a business learning requirements process to identify needs, prioritise and manage learning platform related requests
  • Assist in the development of content for agreed global programs and priorities eg: management capability, leadership, operational capability, others as required

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in developing eLearning modules
  • Proven ability to develop training materials for remote, diverse audiences using a variety of delivery methods
  • Planning and organising - ability to prioritise workload to meet conflicting deadlines
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Articulate authoring tools
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple programs and activities
  • Ability to exercise good judgment within broadly-defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Cultural awareness and the ability to adapt style and approach to suit a particular audience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including skills in developing and delivering presentations for audiences of all levels of business
  • Self-starter; ability to work under minimal supervision

EXPERIENCE: 5 to 7 years of similar or related experience is required

LOCATION: Positions for each country (Australia, New Zealand, Canada) based out of Delhi - India

EDUCATION: A college degree or equivalent training and experience in a related field is required
