Ensure the Groups’ admissions process is managed effectively.
Work with the Principal to ensure all QA and compliance documentation is well-maintained.

• Comply and manage the groups’ admissions process in accordance with British Council regulations
• Maintain the Groups’ tracker to record groups bookings (provisional and confirmed)
• Generate and manage groups arrivals lists
• Create a comprehensive checklist for each group so that all staff members can access details 
• Produce and send invoices to ETOs for all groups
• Liaise with the accommodation team regarding all groups, input accommodation requirements on CLASS
• Make provisional and confirmed summer school bookings for:
- Airport transfers
- Accommodation
- Catering
- Classrooms
- Excursions (with Group Programmes Manager)
• Manage all paperwork, associated with groups and enrolments
• Add student records for all groups (including EAP, INPS and work experience) via CLASS and paper based systems with all information
• Produce reports for groups as and when required
• Produce academic certificates for groups
• Provide emergency phone cover on a rota basis

• Process annual data returns
• Produce quarterly, monthly and weekly statistical reports and weekly board details based on bookings
• Produce monthly reports on student feedback
• Assist with CLASS enquiries from all departments and provide training where necessary
• Assist the Principal with data and documentation related to quality assurance and compliance.

• Comply with all Liverpool School of English policies and procedures and undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of the post

The salary is £19,000 per annum and subject to a 6 month probationary review with a view to the position being made permanent. 
The position is for 35 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a 60 minute unpaid lunch break.

Holiday entitlement is 20 days annual leave and 8 bank holidays and holidays are to be taken outside of our peak season (July till mid-August).
