Role

  • Seeking competitive and trustworthy Sales Executives to assist in building B2B Business networks
  • Sales Executive will work to acquire new sales prospects, and train and onboard
  • New partnerships portfolio to be monitored and assisted to expand sales
  • Role to help with rapid growth in new territories through marketing a rewarding sales proposition

Responsibilities

  • Manage regional partner recruitment and student recruitment activities for B2B network (international)
  • Driving sales & profit growth of the B2B global division       Signing up and managing new B2B partners
  • Managing —sales schedules, itineraries, costs etc
  • Meeting monthly and annual targets for signing B2B
  • Implementing Sales and Marketing initiatives to grow business
  • Monitoring customer-service standards and providing employee training    
  • B2B partnership development in close cooperation with line manager
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the market    
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through travelling, cold calling, networking and  social media
  • Sustaining rapport with key clients and coordinating inward and outward partner visits
  • Ensure all recruitment partners are familiar with our product portfolio via regular product training and promotion
  • Work closely with recruitment partners and students to ensure they receive the highest standards of customer service throughout recruitment cycle
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards    
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Maintains relationships with partner by providing support, information, and guidance    
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data    
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences    
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from partners and share with internal teams

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Educational Sales or relevant role    
  • Native language level Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques    
  • Fast learner and a passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Budget management
