Wellspring International Education partners with over 250 colleges, universities, high schools and language schools in the US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand. We market over 15,000 academic programs offered by those schools through 350 agencies in 35 countries globally. We are growing the company's sales team and are looking for a team of Sales Managers based in various markets: Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Middle East, Turkey, Japan & Korea 
Objectives and Tasks
The chosen candidate will help Wellspring International grow market share and the profitability of the designated region through:

·  Driving the market potential in line with the company’s  overall Sales & Marketing concept

·  Increasing bookings in the designated area, identifying new business opportunities

·  Securing sales opportunities across destinations with a seamless transition offer in mind

·  Driving sales through a savvy, innovate and entrepreneurial approach, identifying the sales opportunity on the spot,  negotiating and closing sales opportunities all along

·  Ensuring the agent network grows and understands what makes Wellspring International's offer different from competitors

·  Contributing towards the business future of Wellspring International Agent Sales

·  Adhering to own and overall company’s budget

·  Identifying and growing the network of agents through both Key & Smaller agent accounts

·  Passing on product knowledge linked to product and service differentiation per destination

·  Driving sales through a clear and dynamic understanding of ROI

·  Tightly monitoring results through controlling closely commission, marketing contributions, promotions, discounts, incentives  

 Requirements for the job
·  Excellent networker

·  Sales-minded and strong negotiator

·  Inherent drive to convert sales on the spot

·  With an eye for business opportunities

·  Cultural awareness of designated region

·  An ability to analyse and conceptualize

·  An ability to lead, motivate, train and delegate where applicable

·  Ideally with an appropriate, recognised market qualification

·  Spoken & Written English to a proficient level

·  One or two languages related to designated sales area at both fluent spoken and written advanced level

·  Travel extensively to support business development

·  Attend industry related events, workshops & fairs

·  Experience selling language and/or university products through agent channels

Country of residence should be: Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Korea
