Country Product Manager

Your Responsibilities

As a country product manager, your main objective is to drive sales of our programs through telesales and personal consultations with our customers to grow the market. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and development sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation strategies and CRM drive. You will sell both on the phone and during face to face consultations. Your role includes development of sales staff including recruitment, training plan, tracking of achievement and performance reviews.

You will have complete ownership of all other relevant business aspects and expansion related to the program, with a strong focus on business development and lead generation. The role includes full ownership of direct sales in the country and to reach sales targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

The position requires you to have a strong analytical skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You need to possess the ability to prioritize and be efficient - meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure. This position will require a passion for sales, dedication, hard work, the ability to multi-task efficiently and to perform in a fast-moving highly results-oriented environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master’s degree
  • 3-5 years of professional experience - sales, marketing or consulting
  • Fluent Dutch and English level both oral and written
  • Working/Studying abroad experience
  • Previous experience with EF Education First valued
