POSITION OVERVIEW
SI-Global is a global recruitment company working with university partners across the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada and Australia. With 92 offices across 40 countries, we are seeking highly motivated and ambitious Channel Account Managers to join our team to support growth across UK and Europe (West).
The Channel Account Manager position is an account management role that manages a portfolio of education partners in partnership with our in-country offices. There is a position for Europe, with a focus on France, Germany, and surrounding markets and another position covering UK. The key deliverable is to engage new partners and build and maintain relationships to drive enrolment growth across this portfolio. This includes achieving sales targets and a clearly defined group of KPIs, while creating a high value collaboration with the network of partners.
We are seeking experienced and motivated candidates, with a preference for a location in either France or Germany for Europe and UK role is also remote to be based in UK. These are exciting role that will help us to plan and build our future operation in UK and Europe.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development & execution of sales account plans, incorporating both new and existing partners.
- Pipeline Management – collaborative engagement to support conversion of applications to enrolment.
- Deliver growth for our existing UK university partners and our new portfolios of Canada and ANZ university partners.
- Identify, engage and onboard new partners.
- Capable of managing a strong partner network, ensuring adherence to SLAs to improve customers' satisfaction.
- Represent SI Global at student-facing events where required.
- Identify partner growth opportunities through active account management.
- Provide high-quality product and process training to partners.
- Monitor competitor activity enabling greater in-market competitor awareness and analysis.
EXPERIENCE
- Channel sales experience and / or account management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of international education systems, the international education industry and student markets is preferred.
- Previous experience studying in either the UK, Canada or Australia is desired.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is an advantage.
- Native speaker & competency in English
- Customer-service oriented and consultative approach to selling.
- Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets. Remuneration package includes a competitive salary and high annual bonus.
