Starting salary: £30,395 - £39,610 per annum

An exciting opportunity to shape and deliver Newcastle University’s ambitious plans for the North America region.

You will play a leading role in the development and implementation of strategy for North America. This will include the development of the North America team and infrastructure, and the coordination of broader engagement for student recruitment, study abroad, partnerships, international relations and profile and reputation building for Newcastle University within the region.

You will be a energetic, creative, results-orientated individual, passionate about innovation, with outstanding relationship management. You will be committed to excellence in the field of international education, and/or sales, marketing and student recruitment. Able to provide leadership to drive forward your activity area and influence others within a complex organisational and external environment.

You will have the opportunity to develop and build on your experience in the fields of international recruitment, international relations and partnerships and a range of other facets of international higher education: sales and marketing; operational management; and strategic planning.

You will develop and manage a range of relationships interacting closely with the other International Office teams, and a wide range of Academic and Professional Services units both within the University and in the region.
