Based in the US, preferably in a major urban area on the West Coast, the incumbent will play a key role in one of ICEF's major markets – The United States.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients and developing new customers, managing issues related to customer satisfaction, as well as planning and carrying out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas.

The role will cover all education sectors, from language schools to higher education establishments, and will involve extensive travel in order to visit customers and attend industry events globally. Candidates must be experienced in sales, self-starters, self-motivated and comfortable working from home with a geographically dispersed team.

The successful candidate will thrive in a solution sales environment helping our customers achieve their marketing and recruitment goals and should also be capable of dealing with senior management and owners of some of the biggest schools and universities across the US.

  • Consultative selling, offering recommendations based on ICEF’s wide portfolio of products
  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients
  • Make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Develop sales proposals
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship, following up on sales activity
  • Monitor pipeline and report on sales activities and follow up for management
  • Represent ICEF in conferences and events and client visits
