Job Description

We are looking for a very ambitious Business Development Manager who will oversee the development and nurturing of our marketing clients in the UK & Ireland.  This role is based in Dubai, with travel to the UK each quarter.

This is a senior position that reports directly to Chief Revenue Officer and has incredible career growth potential.  

In this sales role you will:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients at Universities
  • Introduce SchoolApply's unique marketing services to prospective clients
  • Run the entire sales process from calling clients, booking demo appointments, introducing our services, sending offer proposals, negotiating terms, and closing agreements
  • Represent SchoolApply at conferences around the globe


  • Hold a degree from a University in the UK or Ireland
  • Have lived in the UK for at least 5 years
  • Extensive sales experience, both over-the-phone and in person
  • Confident in CRMs, ideally SalesForce
  • Eager to be a part of a company on the brink of incredible growth
  • Insane work ethic (this is no 9-5 job)
  • Interest to take a management and leadership position
