Primary Functions:  


Agent Sales:

1.   Manage, and grow, a quality sales partner network in the region; researching extensively existing and target partners and companies, ensuring that school CRM is as complete and as up to date as possible

2.  Ensure a reliable, positive and efficient service is delivered to partners when negotiating terms, providing support digitally or in person, preparing quotes and following-up on promotions and enquiries

3.  Ensure Terms & Conditions are followed

4.  Contribute towards strategic sales planning in the region

5.  Promptly follow-up every lead, enquiry, partnership opportunity or similar with a view to increasing market share, revenue and profitability


Reservations & Credit Control:

1.   Support the Reservations function, as required, including processing reservations and customer service tasks

2.   Support the Credit Control function, as required, including chasing debts



1.     To contribute towards the Editorial Calendar, under direction

2.     To carry-out competitor research in the region, under direction

3.     To carry-out market research in the region, under direction

4.     Contribute to company best-practice manuals for duties and region
