The person will be responsible for assisting the team in identifying and developing new markets and new channels to grow our targeted customer base. The right candidate will ideally have previous experience working in a third level educational institution, be a great marketing/sales all-rounder and be excellent at relationship management.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities, sales channels and markets for our relationship based educational offer 
  • Recruiting students and meeting customer recruitment targets 
  • Establishment of yearly sales, marketing and business development plans 
  • Relationship management with students, schools, agents and parents 
  • Travelling: school visits, agent meetings 
  • Delivering presentations and sales pitches 
  • Marketing material design and management 
  • Conceptualising social media & email campaigns 
  • Event management (running business workshops throughout the academic year)

Your Profile:

  • Experience working in a third level educational setting (preferably in a boutique or relationship driven educational environment) 
  • Proven business development and sales experience 
  • Flexibility and adaptability 
  • Great problem solving abilities 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to think outside the box 
  • Results driven 
  • Native-level English (spoken and written), German would be an advantage 
  • Willingness to travel in Europe and further afield where required 
  • IT skills: Microsoft Office and CRM tools, CMS knowledge a plus.
