Job Description:

As a B2B Sales Representative at Best Parents, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our international reach by establishing and nurturing relationships with international schools, educational institutions, and study abroad consultancies. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and secure group bookings for our summer camp programs, catering to language, sports, and STEM-focused student groups.

 


Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential international schools, educational institutions, and study abroad consultancies that are likely to be interested in our summer camp programs.
Prospecting: Initiate contact with key decision-makers within these organizations through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings to introduce our summer camp offerings.
Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and goals of prospective clients and tailor our summer camp programs to meet their specific requirements.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our summer camp programs, including curriculum, facilities, and cultural experiences, to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Proposal Development: Create customized proposals and presentations that highlight the benefits and advantages of choosing Best Parents for their summer camp needs.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for any inquiries or assistance.
Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with the sales team and legal department to negotiate contracts and pricing terms that are mutually beneficial.
Sales Metrics: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular updates on progress and forecasts.
Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to the marketing and program development teams.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector or study abroad consultancy.
Strong understanding of international school systems and educational trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.                                                                         Data entry, coding and scripting skills are huge plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel internationally, if necessary.
