Role Overview:

Scholege is searching for an AP School Director to oversee our AP program, ensuring academic excellence and operational efficiency. This role involves curriculum development, staff management, and strategic planning to expand and enhance our AP offerings. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

 • Lead the development and implementation of AP curriculum, ensuring alignment with College Board standards. 

 • Recruit, train, and manage AP tutors, fostering a collaborative and supportive teaching environment. 

 • Monitor program performance, analyzing student outcomes to identify areas for improvement. 

 • Liaise with the College Board and other relevant organizations to stay abreast of AP developments and changes. 

 • Develop strategies to expand Scholege’s AP course offerings and increase student enrollment. 

 • Oversee the preparation of students for AP exams, including coordinating mock exams and review sessions. 

 • Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to maximize program effectiveness and efficiency. 

 Requirements: 

 • Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred. • At least 5 years of experience in educational leadership, with a strong background in the Advanced Placement program. 

 • Demonstrated success in curriculum development, staff management, and program growth. 

 • In-depth knowledge of AP standards, exam formats, and college readiness strategies. 

 • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. 

 • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and lead a virtual team.
