Kings Summer is part of Kings Education, a leading group of international colleges in the UK and USA.

The Admissions and Client support coordinator will focus on the processing of booking students onto UK and USA Junior Programmes for Kings Summer.  Working alongside a small summer team in an open plan office in Brighton. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         To be well informed of Kings Summers programmes, academic offerings and programmes.

·         To receive and reply to all direct course enquiries (email or telephone).

·         To maintain the database to ensure that all enquiries are handed effectively and tracked right through to admission stage.

·         To receive course applications and course bookings (UK and USA), take applications through the admissions process to arrival, producing documentation, dealing with issues as required and provide a fast and accurate turnaround time for applications.

·        To proces bookings, producing invoices, credit notes, pre-arrival documents, flight details etc. as required.

·         To ensure that junior specific documentation is collated and complete prior to client arrival; specifically, group leader suitability checks and Emergency contact and consent forms and insurance documents.

·         To liaise with insurance companies to ensure all insurance requirements are in place.

·         To ensure that all necessary procedures are strictly followed in respect of immigration rules (UK and USA).

·         To assist with inputting of flight information, confirming transfer bookings and arranging transfer provisions.

·         In conjunction with the Client Support Manager, maintain allocation systems and produce reports and statistics as required.

·         Liaise with and develop good working relationships with Kings worldwide network of agents.

·         Maintain the database to ensure all agents files are updated.

·         Plan and organise all visits by prospective agents or parents.

·         Field agent sales and operational queries to the Kings Summer Division

·         Identify and develop operational systems and processes to enhance the service provision, particularly in the area of student admissions.

·         Protect at all times the confidentiality of information handled within the remit of the post.

·         Helps with credit control as required.

·         Provides support in other areas of the operation when required.
