We are looking for an international education recruitment professional to assist our dynamic Regional Office team in Moscow, Russian Federation. The geographical responsibility of the role is within the Central Asian region, which comprises of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.   

This role will report to the Lead Recruitment Manager – Central Asia who is also based in Moscow, Russia. The team are tasked with student recruitment and agent management to promote enrolments to our INTO centres, Direct Entry partners and other INTO services in the UK, USA and other countries.  

The candidate will preferably be a professional with a track record in international higher education recruitment, but background in other sales and/or customer relations areas may also be considered.  

Full employed status is offered within the Representative Office in Moscow.   


  • Assist Lead Recruitment Manager – Central Asia in delivering on marketing and recruitment plans for the designated markets and channels within the region  
  • Achieve annual targets set during Enrolment and Cost Target (ECT) process within set financial budgets  
  • Undertake domestic and overseas travel when necessary to attend events and meet partners (agents and institutions)  
  • Help maintain INTO regional office social media channels.  

The Recruitment Support Manager will also assist in developing and implementing recruitment activities, support recruitment channels, including network of our partner education agents, and other feeder institutions. 

We offer flexible working, not just through these uncertain times but indefinitely. We are based in Central Moscow and would ask that you’re able to commit to 2-3 days a week in the office.
