Combine your strengths in organization, customer service (English) and event planning to
help our students discover the world. Your role is plan, create and execute large scale
events in various locations across Europe for 500 clients annually including housing
bookings and logistics to the program participants. In this high-paced role, you must
combine a high-level of professionalism with strong organization instincts and relationship
building skills to ensure our students the best life experiences possible!
The Operations Manager’s Responsibilities:
• Research, plan, organize and execute all aspects of large-scale events, housing
bookings, logistics to the program attended by an average of 500 clients annually.
• Develop, maintain relationships with vendors. Negotiate contracts and deals while
ensuring that budget is being met. Manage the overall programming budget across
multiple cities across Europe.
• Create program timelines, calendars, event and training schedules
• Assist the recruitment, hiring, training and processes of staff
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance customer experience
• Document all phone and email correspondences in various in-house databases
• Engage in team-oriented activities: sharing ideas, giving feedback
• This position requires frequent travels to all our program locations across Europe

The ideal candidate will be an excellent event planner, a passionate team player, good
under pressure and fast on her (or his!) feet.

• 2-4 years work experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Entrepreneurial spirit and intellectual curiosity
• Comfortable creating something from nothing!
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong communicator with excellent writing-, verbal- and presentation skills in both
English and Spanish
• Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple competing requests
• Comfortable building relationships with people and companies on behalf of the
• Able and eager to wear many hats and collaborate with a small (but mighty!) team
