IH London has a well-respected legacy as the recognised leader in international language education. We have big ambitions not only to maintain this, but really elevate our position. Our new strategy will be one of modernisation, innovation, and growth. This is an exciting time for IH London, as we emerge from the pandemic and begin to see student numbers increase. There has been real progress and achievements, which are attributable to our committed people.  

An inspirational leader on all aspects of our academic provision, the Director of Operations will be pivotal to our continued success. They will play a key role working with the leadership team to operationalise the IH London strategy, energising the people within their department along the way. This will be alongside the continued high-quality delivery of our academic services, whilst proactively seeking opportunities to improve and innovate.  


About you 

The ideal candidate will be as dynamic and multi-skilled as the role itself, which encompasses safeguarding and facilities, as well as the academic function. You will have a visionary approach with the determination to see through transformation in line with our mission and values.
