We are looking for a motivated, warm, and results driven Regional Business Development Manager to support boarding school student recruitment from our key markets in Asia. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of international recruitment within the education sector, ideally for secondary school/high school.  

What the role involves:


Driving student recruitment across all the Dukes group schools that enroll international students. 

You will be accountable, and rewarded for achieving sales targets
Providing an outstanding level of customer service to prospective students, parents and the agency community.
Being an advocate for all Dukes Education schools to generate new leads in market by working with key partners
Finding and pursuing new business opportunities
Working alongside sales and marketing colleagues across the Dukes Education group to plan and implement sales strategies
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all Dukes products and selling points
Working with the marketing team to develop locally relevant collateral to support sales and recruitment in the region 
Travelling to education recruitment events and fairs

Any other activities as required to support student recruitment.

 


About you


Very presentable and a confident communicator

Positive, can-do attitude

Fluency in English and at least one other language

Minimum 3 years of experience in international education sales or marketing

University education preferred

Ability to communicate with and connect well with range of audiences

Results driven, with strong business acumen

High level of organisational and planning skills

The ability to roll up the sleeves and get the job done, often meeting challenging targets

Ability to travel frequently

Flexibility with working hours including working over weekends when required
