Requirements
INTO UEA, Norwich, require a full-time Admissions Advisor to process the centre’s student admissions and records This is an important post in the front line of student applications.

You will liaise with agents and students from all over the world, processing their documentation prior to their arrival at the Centre.

Your main job responsibilities will include evaluating and logging student applications, making decisions regarding suitability for academic enrolment against the agreed academic criteria and creating offer letters.  In addition to this you will be expected to develop effective working relationships with students and other INTO customers.

Applicants should have an excellent command of spoken and written English. Good basic IT skills with a familiarity of Microsoft Office, have the ability to keep calm in a high pressurised environment and be able to work under demanding time schedules are also essential.  Having an interest and knowledge of international education and student needs is also desirable.

The ideal candidate will also be approachable and friendly, be flexible and willing to undertake and learn new tasks and have the experience to deliver excellent customer service.

Occasional weekend work is required due to business demands.
